FAQ
We have eight large bedrooms, three of which offer a queen sleeper sofa for additional
sleep options. One King bedroom includes a small loft with a twin bed. The home sleeps
no more than 22.
Except for service dogs, pets are not permitted to stay in the house.
Domestic help is not included in the rental package. However, an independent private chef, and housekeeping can be arranged, both for an additional fee.
The estate does not have room service.
Only with express and written permission from the owners and with the understanding the additional charges may be incurred.
Yes! Deb Pernat’s on-property equestrian center is called Taylortown Equine. Deb can be reached by calling 518-231-8725. Call to schedule a ride.
Additional water toys, snowmobiles, fishing gear, ATV’s, cross-country skis, snow shoes, mountain bikes, and anything else you’d like to bring to enjoy the outdoors.
We have a: gas grill, Sub-Zero Freezer, Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Fridgaire combo refrigerator/freezer, commercial ice maker, commercial gas stove, cookware and serving pieces, coffee makers and tea pots, microwave oven and toaster.

The estate does not have room service.
The minimum stay is three days; seven days during the Cooperstown Dreams Park Experience. (Early June – Early September)
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they’ll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won’t get a refund.
