Pricing Overview

The Estate at Fly Creek offers whole-estate pricing for groups of up to 22 guests. Rates vary by season and are structured around two primary periods: the Cooperstown Dreams Park season (early June through early September) and the off-season (September through May).

An off-season smaller-gathering option is available for groups of up to 10 guests, with access to five of the eight bedrooms. The rest of the house remains available to your group.
