Rental Rates
Minimum stay during off-seson: 3 days
Minimum stay during peak-season: 6 days
Maximum stay: There is no maximum stay!

Minimum Stay
The Cooperstown Dreams Park Experience, from May through September, is the busiest time of year at The Estate. Because of this, during this time, both the minimum and maximum stays are six days. For the rest of the year, the minimum stay is three days.
Smaller Groups
There is also an off-season smaller-gathering option, for a maximum of 10 guests. The only difference is that guests get choice of acccess to five bedrooms, instead of all eight. The rest of the house is the guests! *We do NOT rent by the room!*

Refund Policy
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus the service fee) if canceled at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if canceled less than 30 days before check-in.
Payment Policy
$2500 due at reservation
50% due 60 days prior to reservation
Full balance due 30 days prior to reservation
If guests book their reservation less than 60 days out, they will need to pay 50% of the reservation cost up front; if less than 30 days out, guests will need to pay the entire rental fee when they book.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-in time is 4 PM. Guests are free to come as late as 9 PM. Check-out time is no later than 10 AM. There will be an added $100 per hour charge for late checkouts. The Estate must be strict regarding check-out. It takes quite a while to effectively clean this 9,000-square-foot holiday home to the estate’s high standards. There is a $600 cleaning fee for each stay.
